Good experience overall. Zach was great in the dry out. JR was very attentive on the demo and temp protection. I did have issues with the roof tarping. It was not done properly initially and Therefore had more rain come into the house. KHI resolved quickly. Roofers were superb! Eric on build back is amazing. He can do anything and his attention to detail is greatly appreciated. John did a good job making sure the project was finished out To my satisfaction.I hope I never have to use them again butI do recommend their services.
The KHI team did a great job fixing a serious long term leak in a wall at my house - which caused extensive damage. This included replacing studs and rebuilding kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend this team!
Spencer with Core by Khi Restoration was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and reassuring as we evaluated our water leak issues. I highly recommend him and his company. He made a difficult day much easier to navigate. Thank you!!
I rarely write reviews, but Spencer deserves at least 5 stars if not more.Honest, knowledgeable, easy to understand, eager and willing to answer any questions with sound advice - if you want someone with these qualities, reach out to them.
We had concerns of mold in our walk-in shower. I called at 10a. Kevin, owner, stopped by at 1p the same day to have a look. He verified no major issue, and made recommendations to combat an issue with moisture getting under tile. In and out in 10 minutes, no charge.Local, friendly, timely, reliable, and honest.
Called on a Saturday and Spencer was here within the hour. Super professional and personable.Took the time to explain our next course of action. Would highly recommend to anyone with water/ flood issues. If we ever need this type of service again they will be our first call. Spent an hour analyzing our home, turns out we can do the work ourselves and he didn’t even charge a service call. Goes to show there are still trustworthy people in this world!
I wish that there was an option to give 10 stars here. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my experience with CORE KHI. Back in late December 2022 a pipe burst in my shower flooding my bathroom, closet, bedroom and laundry room. My insurance company recommended CORE KHI and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Frank who I worked with initially. He was amazing when it came to the demolition, remediation and redesign and rebuild. He was there for me whenever I needed him and his expert guidance. I had no idea what I wanted in a new bathroom etc. His ideas were brilliant. As well I cannot say enough about Rodney who took over as the construction manager. He kept me informed of the construction process on an almost daily basis. He was on top of it. My highest praise goes to Eric, he is a true artist in renovation and reconstruction. His eye for detail is second to none. He created for me what I consider my luxury hotel retreat at home. KHI Thank you !
